Kathy Salyer and Tara Schleicher will present a seminar on February 10, 2010, to the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM) Oregon-Columbia River Chapter No. 29. The seminar to property managers, vendors, and other real estate management professionals is entitled "Collections, Bankruptcy & Eviction – How to Deal with Tenants."

01/22/10 - Volunteer Leadership Institute Presentation
Brian Witt will present a session on January 22, 2010, at the 13th Annual Volunteer Leadership Institute-Hawaii presented by The Paragon Group. Hal Scoggins will present a Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) webinar on behalf of the Washington Credit Union League on January 19, 2010. He will discuss current BSA compliance requirements, due diligence and internal control procedures, and an overview of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) compliance procedures.
