Laury H. Hennings
Of Counsel

Law Practice

Laury maintains a financial services and business practice with an emphasis on representing lenders in commercial financing transactions including real estate lending, secured and unsecured loans, asset based loans, and syndicated credits and issues relating to letters of credit. Her practice includes assisting lenders in structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial loans including restructuring and workout negotiations.

She joined Farleigh Wada Witt with more than fourteen years of experience as an attorney in the legal department of a major financial institution.

In addition to her experience as in-house counsel, Laury was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney's office for the District of Oregon for seven years.

Laury was a member of the Executive Committee of the Corporate Counsel Section of the Oregon State Bar from 1996-2000.

Personal

Laury and her husband have two grown children. In her spare time Laury enjoys reading, travel and taking ballet and jazz dance classes.
