Law Practice

Paul maintains a diverse business practice advising clients in a number of industries on corporate and general business matters, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, intellectual property, commercial finance, and lending. He has been practicing law for more than 15 years and possesses extensive business experience and clearly understands clients' business objectives.

Paul advises clients on matters throughout the business life cycle, including the formation and financing of new business ventures, shareholder and limited liability company agreements, ownership transition, the purchase and sale of businesses, agreements for the purchase and sale of goods and services, financing agreements, employment matters, and the protection of trademarks and other intellectual property rights.

His real estate practice focuses on representing buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of real property, landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions, and developers and property owners involved in commercial and residential development projects.

Paul regularly represents institutional lenders and corporate and individual borrowers in structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial loan transactions.

Personal

Paul and his wife have two sons, Austin and John.  Paul is active in coaching youth sports and enjoys golf and skiing.
