Jeffrey A. Martin

Law Practice

Jeff's practice is concentrated in the financial services sector. He advises credit unions, banks, and other financial service providers on federal and state regulatory compliance, lending issues, operational matters, and all other issues relating to consumer and commercial financial matters.

Prior to joining Farleigh Wada Witt, Jeff was in-house counsel for the Commercial Finance division of a Fortune 200 company where he managed all legal matters involving the division's asset-based financing, factoring, and other complex commercial loan transactions. In addition, he previously worked for two national banks.

Jeff started his legal career in private practice with an Ohio law firm in its banking and finance practice group. He joined Farleigh Wada Witt with more than fifteen years of legal and commercial banking experience, adding depth to the firm's strong capabilities in the financial services area.
