Valerie Tomasi and Marisol McAllister will each present a session at the Oregon State Bar Real Estate and Land Use Section 2010 Annual Meeting scheduled for August 12-14 at Salishan Spa and Golf Resort.

Valerie's presentation is on commercial workouts. She has been a shareholder at Farleigh Wada Witt since 1990, and is chair of its real estate practice group. During her more than 25 years of practice, Valerie has focused on real estate law, banking, and business transactions and has extensive experience documenting commercial real estate loans and leases and negotiating workouts.

Marisol's presentation is entitled, "Strategies for Junior Lienholders in Foreclosure Actions." She is a transaction attorney whose practice focuses on real estate, banking, and business law, emphasizing structuring real estate transactions with particular focus on real estate leasing and financing and real estate purchase and sales.
