The Honorable Chris Marshall, Clackamas County Circuit Court Judge, issued a directed verdict on October 27, 2011, in favor of Mt. Hood Ski Bowl, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company that operates the Mt. Hood Ski Bowl ski resort.

Ski Bowl was a co-defendant in a multi-day negligence trial where plaintiff was seeking approximately $350,000 for claims arising out of a January 2009 skiing accident. Brad Stanford successfully defended Ski Bowl, which was granted a directed verdict on all claims.
