Credit union regulatory expert Hal Scoggins was quoted in the Credit Union Times article "Credit Union Board Pay Approved in Oregon" in the June 25, 2015 issue.
 

The article discusses Senate Bill 582 that Governor Kate Brown signed into law which will make Oregon the 16th state that permits credit unions to compensate board and supervisory committee members.
