FWW Welcomes Tony Kullen

10/14/2021

We are pleased to welcome Tony Kullen to the firm as Of Counsel.  Tony focuses his practice on the life cycle of lending transactions, from loan origination through final collection, including addressing the bumps along the road through loan modifications, defaults, workouts, bankruptcy, and foreclosure.  He also frequently handles complex real estate transactions for buyers and sellers, and for financial institutions with an interest in the transaction.

“We are really excited to have Tony join our firm,” said Kim McGair, the President of Farleigh Wada Witt.  “He brings a wealth of experience and expertise over a breadth of areas, and will be a valuable resource for our financial institution and business clients.  He really is a perfect fit for our firm and we’re thrilled that he has joined us.”

Tony is the Chair of the Oregon State Bar Debtor-Creditor Section’s Legislative Committee, and is an active member of the Credit Union National Association and the Oregon Bankers Association. He was formerly a Director and Supervisory Committee Chair of a leading Oregon-based community credit union.
