“We are thrilled to add Spencer to our talented group of creditors’ rights attorneys. Spencer’s professionalism and team-first attitude will be a great asset to our entire firm,” says Brian Jolly, the President of Farleigh Wada Witt.

“I am truly grateful to join this fantastic firm and work alongside such well-respected colleagues in the legal community,” says Spencer. “Everyone has been so welcoming, and I am eager to expand my practice in creditors’ rights and accomplish great work for our clients.”

A member of the Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Alaska bar associations, Spencer is originally from the Chicago area but moved to Oregon to attend law school. While in school, he clerked for the Clackamas County District Attorney. Spencer earned his law degree from Willamette University College of Law.
