Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, contract review and drafting, corporate compliance, commercial financing, business formations, corporate governance, and strategic alliances. Krista’s real estate experience includes purchases, sales, and financing of commercial real estate. She enjoys working with small and medium sized businesses across a variety of industries, including automobile, professional services, hospitality, retail and wholesale, real estate development, and software development.
