Professionals Serving Professionals

As a professional service firm, we are aware of the challenges faced by attorneys, accountants, consultants, engineers, architects, designers, graphic artists, and other professionals.

We understand the pressures of finding and retaining qualified, engaged employees, developing new business, and staying competitive in the marketplace.

Our attorneys help sole proprietors and professional service firms of all sizes with their business, operational, employment, debtor-creditor, litigation, and real estate issues.

We also advise professionals and their families on their estate planning needs.

In addition, we represent various insolvency professionals, including bankruptcy trustees, receivers, workout specialists, and fiduciaries in insolvency proceedings, including Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy cases, state and federal court receiverships, private liquidations, assignments for the benefit of creditors, and out-of-court workouts.
